Competence is not measured in age, but experience, and I have surrounded myself in the construction and real estate industries since childhood. I am an entrepreneur; a self-employed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Premier Homes; a contracted Facility Manager for commercial, educational, and governmental organizations; a General Contractor managing residential and commercial contracts; and Vice President of Building Management Systems.

I have a well-rounded knowledge of the real estate industry, a desire to share my experience for the benefit of others, and valuable resources that make it all happen.

Paula has been a Top Producer since 1988 and values the relationships she has acquired through her association with buyers and sellers. Paula is the 2016 President of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS®, served as the 2010 Region 3 Vice President for the National Association of REALTORS®, graduated from the 2009 NAR Leadership Academy, 2015 Inductee into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame, and currently performs new member orientation for incoming real estate agents at the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS®.

Tiffany Brooks | Transaction Coordinator & REALTOR®

Tiffany is the Miller Team Transaction Coordinator and the third member of The Miller Team. She works alongside Paula and Adam on every contract to make sure that nothing has been missed. She goes above and beyond her job, making sure that our appointments don't conflict with other engagements and updating the multiple listing system as needed.
